The Collective Arts of Franklin County facilitates an interdisciplinary, multicultural, inclusive arts community for creatives, makers, artists, and local artistic organizations of rural Franklin County.

We believe that creativity is for everyone. Everyone deserves a space to create and experience creativity. Performances and exhibits showcase perspectives and promote conversations through shared experiences.

Performing and visual arts attract businesses, visitors, and residents to engage in a community, increasing richness and opportunities for all. Cultural arts contribute to quality of life, which also drives business growth and neighborhood expansion. Artists are entrepreneurs. Arts and business complement one another.
